PRIVACY · AGES 18–24
Read without building a profile.
Max & Maven is designed for young adults. The current site does not ask readers to create an account, post publicly, message other users, or submit private reflections in order to read the stories.
Last updated: September 12, 2026
No reflection intake
The story and “Try It Your Way” experience does not ask you to send personal journal entries or private relationship details to BHA.
Reading progress stays on your device.
Max & Maven uses your browser’s local storage to remember the last story page you read and your approximate scroll progress so the site can offer “Pick up where you left off.” That information is stored in your browser under the key bha-max-maven-reading-v1. The current Max & Maven code does not send that reading-progress record to BHA.
Hosting + security logs
The systems that deliver and protect the website may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser/device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.
No advertising profile
The current Max & Maven package does not load advertising pixels, third-party analytics, social-media feeds, or external font services.
