Privacy · Mika’s World

Built so kids can use it without handing over their private lives.

Mika’s World is designed for ages 8–12. A child should be able to read a story, try a simple tool, or download a page without creating an account or telling Becoming Her Alliance who she is.

Last updated: September 12, 2026

No child account

No username, password, profile, follower list, or personal bio.

No private-story box

No journal upload, confession form, open-ended personal intake, or “Ask Mika” chatbot.

No social system

No comments, DMs, public posting, peer messaging, or community feed.

Mika’s World is for reading, choosing, downloading, and talking with real people—not for collecting a child’s private life.

What Mika’s World does not ask a child to provide

Identity + contact

Name, email, phone number, birthday, school, home address, or precise location.

Private content

Journal writing, family details, relationship details, photos, voice recordings, videos, or files.

Tracking profile

The Mika code does not load advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, third-party analytics, or external social-media widgets.

What may still happen when a website loads

Hosting + security logs

The systems that deliver and protect the site may process ordinary technical request information such as an IP address, browser/device information, the page requested, timestamps, and security logs.

Downloaded pages stay with you

If a family downloads a printable, what the child writes afterward is not visible to BHA unless someone independently chooses to share it outside this site.

No hidden age profile

Mika’s World does not ask a child to enter a birthday or build a user profile in order to use the child-facing resources.

Privacy is not a rule to keep unsafe things secret.

A child gets to have ordinary private thoughts. If something feels unsafe, scary, or too big to handle alone, a trusted grown-up should be involved.

Questions about Mika’s World privacy can be sent by a parent, guardian, educator, or other adult to info@becomingheralliance.org.
