Get Help

Reflection is useful. Some situations need real-world support.

Becoming Her Alliance can help you notice, reflect, and practice. It cannot assess your safety, diagnose a condition, provide crisis care, or replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency support.

Bring in the right person.

Depending on what is happening, that may be a trusted person in your life, therapist or counselor, healthcare professional, advocate, attorney, financial professional, workplace/campus resource, or another appropriate support.

You do not have to tell BHA the private details.

A BHA story or Practice tool is not a reporting system. If you need help, use the real-world pathway that fits the situation.
