Panel 1: The next evening, Max is at the Submit button for her digital media project, Community Creates. She thinks: “One more change. Or I could actually send it.”
Panel 2: Project submitted. Max leans back with her arms behind her head. Maven texts: “What did you finish?” Max replies: “The project. I submitted it.”
Panel 3: Two days later. Instructor feedback: “Strong layout. The small text is hard to read. Increase the size and contrast.”
Panel 4: Max thinks: “I heard ‘not good enough.’ That isn’t what the feedback says.”
Panel 5: Max thinks: “I can work on those two things.” She writes Next revision: Larger text; Stronger contrast.
Panel 6: Maven asks over the phone: “How are you feeling about it now?” Max: “Still figuring it out. But now I have something to work with.” Her screen shows the original and revised designs side by side.
Closing question: What can finishing teach you that waiting cannot?
