Panel 1: Monday, client feedback. Max thinks: “That’s more than a quick fix.” Requested changes: bigger event title, move time and location up, rework the layout.
Panel 2: Max asks her supervisor: “My export is losing the bleed. Can you check my settings with me?” The PDF export shows the document bleed option unchecked and a bleed-missing warning.
Panel 3: Supervisor: “Show me how you exported it. We’ll check it together.” The screen now has Use document bleed settings checked, bleed size 0.125 in.
Panel 4: Max: “The layout changes need about three hours. We scheduled two. Can we add an hour Wednesday morning?”
Panel 5: Supervisor: “I can move your binding task. One extra paid hour Wednesday. Bring me the revision by noon. Final file is still due Wednesday.”
Panel 6: Back to the file. Max’s journal lists Tuesday: 2 revision hours; Wednesday: +1 paid hour; noon: supervisor review; practice: PDF export and bleed. She works on the revised flyer.
