Panel 2: Max: “Are you short for something tonight?”

Panel 3: Maven: “My course access. I lent him the money Dad sent.”

Panel 4: Maven: “I didn’t want Dad deciding he was right about him.”

Panel 5: Max: “Okay. What do you need to handle tonight?”

Panel 6: Maven: “The access code. Living expenses. And telling Dad what happened.” She writes the three tasks down.
